Why Fix Wood Rot, Now?
Ignoring exterior damage doesn’t just look bad, it quietly erodes the parts of your home that matter most.
Taking care of it now means:
Your home looks cared for, not neglected
Moisture, insects, and rot don’t keep spreading
Railings, steps, and doors stay safe and secure
You avoid much bigger repairs a few years from now
For a lot of our clients, it’s about the respect they have for their home:
“If I see it every day, I don’t want to pretend it isn’t there.”
Our Expert Repair Approach
Step 2: Receive Your Detailed Estimate
We prepare a comprehensive labor and materials estimate and send it to you for review. You’re welcome to approve as-is or reply with any questions before moving forward.
Step 3: Approve & Schedule Your Repair
Once you're ready to approve the estimate, you’ll pay a materials deposit online through our secure payment processor, and we’ll schedule your repair to begin within 3–7 business days. All materials are sourced from local distributors.
We do not order or fabricate custom fixtures or specialty pieces.
Step 1: Submit Your Repair Request
You begin by submitting a repair request on our website, including up to 10 photos of the damaged areas. From these photos we assess whether we can provide a free online quote or a $75 in-person assessment if needed.
(This fee is fully deducted from your final invoice if you move forward with our quote.)
Your exterior repair specialist arrives on time and briefly reviews the scope with you to confirm accuracy. After that, you can sit back and relax while we complete the work within the allotted timeframe.
If any hidden or undisclosed damage is uncovered, we pause, show you the findings, and work with you to choose the best course of action before proceeding — ensuring no surprises on the final invoice.
Once the repair is complete, your technician will either walk you through the finished work or send a file of before‑and‑after photos via text or email.
You’ll receive a payment link via text or email to pay by online through our secure payment processor, and once completed, you’ll automatically receive a receipt.
Step 4: Repair Day — Relax While We Handle the Rest
Step 5: Final Review & Documentation
Now, your home is protected, restored, and looking its best!
